Do you train the team, or just advise?

We train and coach on live calls and real deals, then run the cadence with the team until it sticks. We're operators, not advisors handing over a deck.

We already have a CRM and tools — do we need new ones?

No. We work inside the stack you already run — CRM, dialer, sequencer — and build the motion there. No rip-and-replace.

Do you only do cold calling?

Cold calling and prospecting are our flagship, but we also build the full sales motion end to end — ICP, messaging, qualification, stages and the weekly rhythm.

Hands-on or hands-off?

Either. We can run the motion with your team, or build it and hand it back for you to run. Your call.

How soon do reps actually change?

Behaviour starts shifting in the first few weeks, because we coach on real calls — not in a one-off workshop that fades in three weeks.
